Safale US-05 Dry Yeast

A ready-to-pitch dry American ale yeast. Safale US-05 produces well balanced beers with low diacetyl and a very clean, crisp end palate.  This is the most widely used homebrew yeast for American style ales.  This yeast is a great dry substitute for Wyeast 1056.

Flocculation: Low - Medium
Optimum Fermentation Temperature Range: 59 – 75F
