DIRECTIONS
• The active component of the OXINE system is free chlorine dioxide. To achieve sanitation and disinfection, it is necessary to adjust the pH of the OXINE use dilution solution to a range of 5 to 6. This can be done using phosphoric or citric acid as the activator.
• When used as a sanitizing rinse for stainless steel and other hard non-porous food contact surfaces such as tanks, transfer lines, and other processing equipment use a 100 ppm activated solution.
