FERMOPLUS PerfectBrew-Zn is a multipurpose nutrient designed to enable brewers to deal with challenging brewing conditions and ingredients and so extend the parameters available to brewers. Designed to promote yeast growth and viability it is useful for high gravity brews, high adjunct grain bills, and inconsistencies in raw material, brewhouse or yeast performance, whilst ensuring that the yeast has access to adequate quantities of readily available zinc.
