Chamomile is the common name for a number of daisy-like flowers used to make delicious soothing teas and many Belgian Wit beers. Chamomile can be paired with lavender, Hawthorn berries, and/or honey. Chamomile makes a great additional to many beer styles including blondes, ambers, saisons, and wheat beers.  Chamomile is also great in spiced meads and ciders.
