DESCRIPTION REFLEX™ is a new generation no-rinse one step acid sanitizer used in the dairy, food and beverage processing industry for CIP and COP pipeline, silo, tank and equipment cleaning and sanitizing processes. With regular use REFLEX™ will prevent the formation of milkstone, beerstone and lime scale deposits. Primarily for use on stainless steel and plastic materials. It is safe to store REFLEX™ in stainless steel tanks. Do not use on aluminum. REFLEX™ has a high oxidation potential and is very reactive. It exhibits excellent bactericidal and fungicidal activity against a wide range of microorganisms in cold or warm water. REFLEX™ contains no phosphates. Product is stable for a minimum of 6 months under normal conditions. It ultimately degrades to nitrogen, oxygen, water, and acetic acid (vinegar).

DIRECTIONS (see product label for all applications)
• Processing equipment Tanks, Vats: Dilute 1.0-3.0 fl. oz of this product in 6 gallons of water (providing 95- 286 ppm active peroxyacetic acid). Do not exceed 140ºF of the sanitizing solution. Expose equipment to the sanitizing solution for a minimum of 1 minute. Increased circulation times will improve microbiological and/or mineral scale removal results. Adequately drain solution from equipment before resuming operations. A water rinse is not necessary.
• Final Sanitizing Beverage Container Rinse: This product may be used as a final sanitizer rinse for returnable and nonreturnable beverage containers. Allow for adequate draining after the sanitizing rinse. Use this product at 1-3 fl oz per 6 gallons of water (providing 95-286 ppm active peroxyacetic acid).

It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
